Pilates & barre for Two - Pre natal & post natal 4 week series begins august 2017.
Our workouts are designed to help you stay in shape with Pilates mat, Pilates equipment and barre based exercises, and assist in the process of rebuilding the foundation of the body you want postpartum. The exercises are specifically chosen to address the physical needs of pregnant and postnatal women. Babies up to 6 months are welcome in the Post-Natal Sessions.
Pre Natal A 4 week program providing women holistic postpartum support by offering informative workshops focused on recovery, mental health & wellness and fitness classes catered towards postpartum mothers.
Post Natal A 4 week program providing women holistic prenatal support by offering informative workshops focused on prenatal health & wellness and fitness classes catered towards expectant mothers.

Pilates for Back Care begins Fall 2017
Whether you suffer from back pain or looking to prevent it, Pilates for Back Care is for you. Improve back strength, stability, and range of motion with this 4 week series specifically designed to promote posture and alignment while reducing tension and pain. Exercises will be done on the Pilates Mat with props.
Week 1 - Assessment & Postural Analysis
Week 2 - Improve flexibility, mobility and functional fitness.
Week 3 - Core stability, spinal alignment and range of mobility, for a pain-free posture.
Week 4 - Lengthen your spine & correct your posture improving quality of life.
$99 Per session. Sessions are 4 weeks.
