Dawn has always loved outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and running. After years of participating in these activities without proper muscle balance or cross-training her body began to incur many common injuries, including back and knee pain. Dawn's physical therapist was the first to introduce her to Pilates, and after realizing it was just what her body needed, she vowed to never stop the practice. Her desire to share the power of Pilates with others has led her to enroll and complete the BASI Pilates Teacher Training Course in 2015. Dawn's reassuring presence is a valuable addition to the Exhale team.
