Classes

Private and Semi-Private Instruction is available by appointment only. Each session is tailored to the clients' individual needs by a certified pilates instructor.

Rehabilitation Services -These sessions are highly specialized for clients who have an injury, chronic pain or a severe issue that requires attention from a qualified Physical or Manual Therapist. Please contact the studio for a consultation.


Group Classes

Exhale Mat – level 1
- A beginning-level class where students learn to use the basic principles of Pilates, working slow and precise to correctly build core strength and flexibility. Props will be used for modification and added challenge.


Exhale Mat – level 2 - A high level workout incorporating more challenging exercises that require more stability, strength and endurance. This class moves quickly through exercises to leave you feeling stretched and toned. Props will be used for added challenge.

Exhale TRX™ - Make Your Body Your Machine - A Suspension Training® system that allows for the use of multiple planes of motion, and, works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Developed by a US Navy Seal, the TRX™ builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. By combining the exercises of a cable cross-over machine, a complete set of dumbbells, and Stability ball, using only the TRX™ our instructors will take you to a whole new level of fitness in just 45 minutes. (6 persons maximum) Athletic Shoes Required

Exhale TRX™ Combo - Build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability with a combination of the TRX and traditional sculpting moves! (6 persons max) CLEAN Athletic Shoes Required

Exhale TRX™ Cardio - Expect high intensity and calorie burning in this 30 minute cardio conditioning using the TRX Suspension Trainer (6 person max) CLEAN Athletic Shoes Required

Jumpboard (+) plus* – A Non-Stop, Fast Paced, Calorie-Burning, Strengthening and Lengthening class! Move through Jumpboard Intervals on the Reformer and work your Abs, Back, and Arms on the Stability Chair for a full body workout. A more affordable alternative, this class is perfect for clients that would like to add a challenge to their routine. Limited to 6 participants.

Pilates Circuit* - A combination of all the popular pieces of Pilates equipment into one class for a total body workout. All levels welcome.
