Pilates Matwork | Group Reformer | Springboard

Core strength, torso stability and body awareness sets Pilates apart from many other methods of exercise. It emphasizes quality over quantity and does not include a lot of repetition for each move. Instead, doing each exercise fully, with precision, yields results in a shorter time than one would ever imagine.


TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercise. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.



The barre classes are a unique, fun, high energy class. It fuses legendary fitness techniques from pilates, ballet, calisthenics and yoga.  These techniques are designed to streamline, firm, tighten and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk.  This helps to create balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.



A one-of-a-kind rowing workout that truly changes the way you think about group exercise.  45 minutes of meter-rowing, calorie burning and body conditioning, our ROW classes focus on rowing and challenging drills. Expect to cover distance and burn calories while working your LEGS, CORE, and ARMS. 


Bodhi Suspension System

The one-of-a kind Bodhi Suspension, also known as the suspension-Pilates workout, perfectly combines strength, balance, flexibility and unique core conditioning. Spend 50 minutes sweating, sculpting and suspending on the world’s first 4 point suspension system - 2 handles and 2 foot loops on two independent ropes. Loved by supermodels and NFL players alike, now it’s your turn to work HARD from head to toe, channel your inner athlete and say hello to long lean limbs.
